Cottage Cheese Wraps with Rebel & You

Ingredients

  • 200g Rebel & You Farm Style Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Filling

  • 20g Beetroot Dip
  • 50g Sliced Avocado
  • 50g Smoked Salmon
  • Handful of Rocket
  • 15ml Balsamic Glaze

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Blend together the cottage cheese, egg, oregano and salt.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the baking tray without creating any gaps or holes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Add toppings, slice in half and enjoy. Rebelliously guilt free.
