Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Sourdough
  • 110g Rebel & You Farm Style Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 30g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Slices Pepperoni
  • Fresh Basil

Method

Spread an even layer of tomato paste on your sourdough bread before sprinkling your seasoning on top.
Add Rebel & You Farm Style Cottage Cheese on top, spreading out evenly.
Sprinkle on the cheese before placing pieces of pepperoni on top.
Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
