Ingredients
- 440g Rebel & You Farm Style Cottage Cheese (or use Whipped for a quicker process)
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Pack of Biscoff Biscuits (or any kind of your fav biscuits) — we used 1 cup
Method
Start off by transferring the cottage cheese into a food processor and blending.
Add lemon juice, vanilla essence and mix through.
Break up biscoff biscuits and push them into the cottage cheese mixture.
Leave in fridge overnight (If you can't wait, try a couple of hours!) then enjoy!
